Mr. Shri Chand Matta

Mr. Shri Chand Matta is a fellow member of the Institute an EX Banker started this firm in 1973 had a distinction of passing Chartered Accountancy Examination in Merit in both Inter and Final Examinations is the founder partner and mentor of the firm. Having vast exposure and experience in management consultancy, banking, auditing, accountancy, direct taxes. He has been closely associated with a number of companies at the project/ capitalisation stage and is advisor to number of Indian and other multinational companies operating in India.

Mr. Puneet Matta

Mr. Puneet Matta is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in 1999.Hehad Joined the firm after completing her article training with the firm. Besides this he is a qualified DISA had been special invitee in the Professional Development Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His areas of specialisation includes Direct, Indirect Taxes, statutory and internal audits, management consultancy, ERP Implementation.

Mrs. Radhika Matta

Mrs. Radhika Matta is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Has an experience of more than 14 yearsbefore joining this firm has worked with leading Sports Manufacturing Companies in Jallandhur Punjab. She has vast experience in conducting Internal, Management,Cost audit, due diligence, project consultancy, project financing Company Law mattersand audit of banks.

Mr. Sunil Sharma

Mr. Sunil Sharma is an Ex- Banker fellow member of Institute. Has an immense expertise in financial planning and control, project consultancy and project financing are his core areas of expertise. He manages and controls the business operations of the firm from Jaipur, Rajasthan office of the firm.

Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta

Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiahas vast experience in conducting the statutory/internal audit of large clients. His other areas of specialisation MIS Reports which include preparation of monthly financial statements, inventory accounting and other planning for the clients.

Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta

Mr. Sumit Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute, having qualified in 2009. He has completed B.Com from Delhi University. His focus area of practice is Statutory and Internal Audits of various clients. His area of specialisation is Audit of FMCG & Hospitality sector.
